I have lived here since 2015 and the atmosphere was serene. Maintenance requests were dealt with ASAP. The management and staff don't treat you like a number but as a human being. They know you by name even just by mentioning your apartment address. I just moved out of my apartment because am moving out of State and the management blow my mind by returning all my security deposit to me saying that the minor damages in the apartment are on them... - Victor

I love my apartment. It is very cozy and when something goes wrong maintenance comes and fixes it either the same or next day! Don't let the other people tell you this is a bad place to live because they are wrong! I have never had any problems living here and plan on continuing to be a resident until I can purchase a house!!!! - Verified Resident

I’ve been very happy living at Hickory Village. Maintenance has been very responsive. The grounds are beautifully kept. The buildings have a pleasant aesthetic. I think the value of what you get is good for what it costs. It’s one of the few affordable apartments complexes in the area...I’m happy here. I don’t have any plans to leave any time soon. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to live at an affordable price. - Linda
