Pet Policy
A maximum of two pets are allowed per apartment. A combination of cats and dogs are permitted. The weight of any individual dog or cat cannot exceed 75 lbs. The combined weight of any two animals cannot exceed 100 lbs. Pets must be spayed or neutered.Prior to moving in a pet, a resident pays a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $200 and additional pet rent of $25 per pet a month per apartment. I love my apartment. It is very cozy and when something goes wrong maintenance comes and fixes it either the same or next day! Don't let the other people tell you this is a bad place to live because they are wrong! I’ve been very happy living at Hickory Village. Maintenance has been very responsive. The grounds are beautifully kept. The buildings have a pleasant aesthetic. I think the value of what you get is good for what it costs. It’s one of the few affordable apartments complexes in the area...I’m happy here. I don’t have any plans to leave any time soon. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to live at an affordable price. - Linda
